I don't have to drive very often since I predominately work from home, but when I do drive I am usually the taxi driver for my kids. (I know some of you can relate). It was so ironic because I heard a song today that really reminded me of yesterday's blog post. At first glance the article might have you running out to the grocery store, but on further review you may notice that POM Wonderful funded the study. I would think that might have had some influence on the outcome of the study, but maybe not pomegranates are good for you.

Sometimes I come across an article on a topic I want to write about. Instead of writing the post myself I just link to the original article. This is one of those times. Sometimes we take for granted how important sleep really is. On average adults need about 7 hours of sleep. Recent studies suggest that a lack of sleep is contributing to more than just or obesity rates, a variety of other major illnesses such as cancer heart disease and diabetes may be linked. As with all other studies out there maybe this one is good maybe it isn't. I do know how I react when I haven't had enough sleep so I tend to agree with the findings.
